Itinerary
Day 1: Exploration of the Sacred Valley of the Incas
We will start our journey early from Cusco. We head to the Sacred Valley, located 30 km (18.6 miles) from Cusco. First, we will visit the town of Pisac. Here, we will explore the famous archaeological sites and its artisan market.
In the afternoon, we will head to the town of Ollantaytambo. We will visit its impressive archaeological complex and learn about its history. We will end the day by taking the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes. We will arrive in time to rest and prepare for the next day of adventure.
